A bio is a "who am I?"

Well! To put that down here means that the definition of me is complete, and that isn't the case.

Our definitions need to be flexible, and they need space to fail and succeed.

"Who I am" has space for the most amazing love that comes with the best pain you could ever imagine and a life that ends in death ALWAYS!

"I am who" rock bottom and the top of the world are a part of the deal and just being me in the middle of this chaos, mindful, grateful and maybe a bit better every day.

My goal, be better than I was yesterday and a bit worse than I will be tomorrow.

Our engaging and interactive workshop is designed to help youth aged 14 to 19 years old learn about mental health and self-care through simple actions, experiences, and lifestyle choices. In this 60 to 90-minute workshop, participants will explore what mental health is, how to recognize poor mental health, the importance of boundaries, and practical strategies for self-care.

Our workshop is more than just a lecture on mental health; it's a lively and interactive experience that encourages participants to engage with the topic and each other. We use a variety of activities and exercises, including the powerful Weighted-Down exercise, to help participants learn about mental health in a fun and engaging way.

Our overarching goal is to promote a positive and hopeful outlook on mental health and well-being and to provide practical tools and strategies for improving mental health. Whether you're a teacher, counsellor, youth worker, or part of a sports team or school group, our workshop is the perfect opportunity to learn how to take care of your mental health and promote well-being in your community.

Life coaching

Welcome to my one-on-one coaching program for anyone who is looking to improve their performance and achieve their goals through emotions and personal development. As a coach, I offer a range of techniques, including visualization, mindfulness, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to help you develop greater confidence, motivation, focus, and concentration and to cope with challenges and setbacks.

My approach to coaching is based on the belief that psychological flexibility is the key to living a fulfilling life. Through ACT, we will work together to help you develop greater awareness of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours and to learn to respond to them more flexibly and effectively. This includes mindfulness exercises, cognitive defusion techniques, and values clarification exercises.

I understand that skepticism is an important part of the coaching process, and I will approach our sessions with an open and curious mindset. I aim to help you develop a personalized plan based on your specific goals and needs. The only cost of improving your life through our coaching is your commitment to showing up for yourself and applying my exercises.

Welcome to 10MEN, a group program designed to facilitate open communication and deepen connections in relationships through the use of the 36 questions of Love. This program is specifically geared towards men and aims to help them explore their emotions, find their voice, and enhance their relationships through self-reflection and introspection. Anyone who identifies as a man and is interested in exploring their thoughts, feelings, and values in a supportive group setting is welcome to participate in 10MEN, which is a free program.

By participating in 10MEN, you will have the opportunity to reflect on your thoughts, feelings, and values by answering the 36 questions of Love and participating in group discussions. This can help you gain insight into your own patterns of behavior and understand more about yourself. In addition, 10MEN encourages open communication and vulnerability, which can help you build stronger connections and relationships with others. Sharing personal thoughts and feelings with others can create a sense of trust, which can benefit all types of relationships.

Each group has a facilitator with experience in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and the focus is on creating a safe and supportive environment for sharing and connection. The group follows a structured format, with each participant taking turns answering three weekly questions. Group members are encouraged to listen attentively and show respect for each person's answers, and there is time allocated for group discussion and reflection after each question.

Ultimately, 10MEN is an opportunity for men to explore their thoughts, feelings, and values through self-reflection and introspection, develop a deeper understanding of themselves and their patterns of behavior in relationships, build stronger connections and relationships with others through open communication and vulnerability, and experience emotional growth as they learn more about themselves and their relationships.
